Dr Ross Garland, founder and principal of Woodrows Law, is a Rhodes Scholar with a PhD in law from Oxford University. A lawyer with over 15 years of litigation experience in multiple jurisdictions, Ross has acted for plaintiffs and defendants in wide ranging disputes. Prior to practicing as a solicitor, he operated at the litigation coalface as a barrister, a highly valuable experience in gaining first-hand insights into the mindsets of judges and counsel.

Ross started working life as an investment banker on Wall Street and produced a number of movies, including a series of films starring John Cleese and Troye Sivan. This background gives him an acute commercial approach to disputes, from the importance of running cases efficiently, to an instinctive grasp of what matters to clients.
